By day I’m an engineer with a large multinational engineering company.

By night I’m generally asleep.

However, in the evenings and weekends I like to make stuff. I don’t do things for profit, it’s all just for fun. It is a way of getting back to the things that I love and which brought me to engineering. It’s a way of connecting to the creative aspects that are not well served working on large projects for a large company.

It’s the way out of the spreadsheet mines.

I’m based somewhere south of Bristol. I’m in my early 50s. I have two cats, one fluffy, one not so fluffy.

I do stuff with things and I like to talk about it.
